House of Innovation is the 3rd Nike store of its kind in the world (opening in 2020 on the Champs Elysées), a true temple of innovation. Sales-people undergo intensive training to be part of this outstanding team. Over 10 days, a multitude of workshops, training, brand history and exercises were taught to more than 350 people from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Organised in rotations, the future staff met influencers, senior leaders and specialists of the famous Swoosh brand. Long Distance took charge of the whole logistic aspect, from the venue search to the music in order to transmit all Nike’s value to future brand representatives.
